I have learned so much about journalism, and will absolutely be looking into a career in this field. All of the speakers brought so many different points of view, and shared tons of words of wisdom, and advice.

My favorite part of the trip was when we went to the Newseum. The pictures, and old news paper articles were compelling. Some of the pictures even made me feel like I was actually there. It makes me wish that I was able to photograph like that. While I was at the Newseum, I even was able to buy a pirate hat and sword :)

I will never forget this experience. It has been one of the most beneficial events of my entire life. I’m sure that when I go to college, and then go on to having a great career, I will remember all of the things that I have learned here. Thank you so much WJMC staff, you did a great job :)
